Hi, I'm Taylor.I started FLOWT because I wanted to offer the kind of movement support that is hard to find in a class or franchise setting: slower, more personal, more responsive, and more honest.My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, YOGABODY Stretch Coach certification, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.My goal is not to push you through a routine. It is to help you understand your body and leave feeling more connected to it.
