Hello beautiful people — my name is Taylor, I'm the heart behind 333flowt.My path began in 2019, when I traveled to Peru to earn my 200-hour certification as an internationally recognized yoga instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa flow.Soon after, I taught yoga at Utica College and began teaching virtually on BurnAlong, where my experience with online clients first took shape.In 2020, I graduated from Utica College with a Bachelor of Science in
Nutrition & Dietetics. combining my love for movement with a deep understanding of food, health, and the body.From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a clinical dietitian in long-term care, where I gained medical nutrition therapy experience: reviewing labs, working with comorbidities, creating meal plans, recommending supplements, and performing nutrition-focused physical exams.In 2023, I stepped into the world of assisted stretching as a StretchLab Flexologist, completing their in-house training and gaining hands-on experience with PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques.To deepen my skillset, I earned my YOGABODY® Stretch Coach certification, learning advanced passive stretching techniques rooted in science-backed flexibility training.Together, these experiences shaped 333flowt: a practice that unites yoga, stretching, and nutrition to help people move freely, recover deeply, and feel at home in their bodies — both in-person and virtually.
