Hi, I’m Taylor — founder of 333flow/T.I created this practice to help people release tension, reset their nervous system, and feel at home in their bodies. My approach blends yoga, assisted stretching, and nutrition into one experience designed for freedom, recovery, and lasting ease.My path began in Peru in 2019, where I earned my 200‑hour internationally recognized yoga certification in both Hatha and Vinyasa.From there, I taught in college classrooms, guided clients online, and deepened my expertise with a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics and clinical experience in long‑term care.In 2023, I expanded into assisted stretching, training in PNF techniques and earning my YOGABODY® Stretch Coach certification in science‑backed flexibility.333flow/T is the fusion of it all — science and presence, structure and intuition — a space where movement becomes medicine for both body and mind.This work is rooted in love for movement passed down from my dad, whose quiet strength continues to guide me.Let’s find your flow.
